Hi! I’m Mya, a dedicated and detail-oriented graphic designer with a passion for storytelling and creativity. A San Diego native, I earned my Bachelor of Science in Graphic Design & Interactive Media from the NewSchool of Architecture and Design. With over four years of experience collaborating with a diverse range of clients as both a freelancer and contracted designer, I bring ideas to life through websites, branding, and print materials.

Currently, I serve as a Contracted Graphic Designer & Production Specialist for the NewSchool of Architecture & Design, where I design marketing materials and manage the on-campus print shop, overseeing both large- and small-scale production. I also freelance with Reiimagine, contributing to a variety of design projects, including interactive online brochures. Previously, I worked as a web designer and project manager at TM5150 in El Cajon, collaborating with eCommerce clients such as the National Thoroughbred League (NTL). I further expanded my agency experience through a Creative TAP Internship at Civilian in downtown San Diego, working closely with the agency’s creative team.

Outside of client work, I’m developing an online store featuring original graphics and illustrations for products like apparel and skateboards. My personal interests in fantasy storytelling and creative hobbies, such as Dungeons & Dragons and Warhammer miniature painting, inspire my design work.
