Role: Graphic Designer

Touché is a student magazine created by students for students. Volume 2 focuses on "Community & Culture" and was open to all students at Newschool of Architecture and Design enrolled in the Integrative Studies elective course, taught by Bruce Matthes.
I was approached by Professor Bruce Matthes to design the layout for this volume. Using images and text provided by his students, I developed the editorial design. I worked closely with Bruce Matthes to create a cohesive and visually engaging layout that reflected the theme of "Community & Culture."
Magazine Cover Iterations
I designed seven cover iterations for this volume of Touché, using images provided by Bruce to create graphics that reflect the theme of “Community & Culture.” The cover selected as the final design was the last iteration, as we felt it best captured the balance between visual impact and thematic representation, resonating with the publication’s message and audience.
