I was approached to revamp the logo and color palette for HybriU, with the goal of creating a distinctive visual identity. They were looking for a fresh, digital aesthetic that would set them apart from competitors in the educational space—one that conveys innovation and modernity in line with their forward-thinking approach to learning.

Result
A digitally inspired AI-themed logo and visual identity for HybriU. The design emphasizes the 'U' by cleverly merging the 'i' and 'U,' while the 'H' serves as both a letterform and a standalone icon, reinforcing the AI-driven aesthetic. The final identity is cohesive, modern, and forward-thinking—perfectly aligning with HybriU’s innovative approach to education.

The Process

For the first round of logo design, I developed several digital iterations, initially exploring icons paired with the lettermark. After reviewing with the client, we shifted the focus to incorporating graphical elements into the letters H, I, and U.

In the second round, I refined this approach by experimenting further with integrating graphical details into the H, I, and U, while also testing the idea of using the H as a standalone icon. After additional client feedback, we ultimately decided to simplify the design by removing the icon concept and focusing solely on a clean, impactful lettermark.
